What is RQ?
RQ is an apparel brand dedicated to making a glimpse of luxury accessible to all. RQ goes beyond just striving for high-quality products, but we aim to transform every aspect of the shopping experience into a sensorial and premium journey while offering affordable apparel that embodies silent luxury.
What does RQ mean?
RQ means Return of Quality. We aim to continuously bring back the kind of quality that was once accessible to everyone.
What does RQ offer?
In the meantime, RQ offers timeless, classic polo shirts as its first product. However, we are dedicated to enhance the shopping experience by expanding to other categories. With your help and support, we will be able to achieve this. Watch out for it soon!
Is RQ online only? Do you have a physical store?
RQ is only available online, for now.

We strive to create a physical store for everyone to experience the luxury journey first-hand, and hopefully it will be anytime soon!
Orders
Why didn't I get any e-mail after I checked-out?
A confirmation or shipping e-mail should follow as soon as you complete your checkout process.
It may have been because of the following:
1) It is filtered to your Spam/Junk folder
2) You may have entered the wrong e-mail address or it was misspelled when you checked out.
If you think you gave us the wrong e-mail address, e-mail us at concerns@shoprq.ph to have the right information sent to your correct e-mail address.
Can I change or cancel my recent order?
When you submit an order, we will start processing your order immediately to ensure the quickest delivery. If your order has already left our origin, we’ll need some time to rectify the issue and plan for any potential return or exchange.
Please send us an email at returns@shoprq.ph or drop us a message via our Live Chat immediately if you change your mind about your purchase. This is for us to check your order status and modify it accordingly.

How do I monitor the progress of my order?
If you have placed your order whilst logged in to your account (by creating an account or signing in to your account), you will find your order in My Account/My Orders.
Other options to know the status of your order:
1) You may e-mail us to concerns@shoprq.ph and we will respond to you in 0-24hrs.
2) You may send us a message on our Instagram page (@shoprq.ph) and we will respond to you the soonest we open your message.
3) We usually send the tracking number of the chosen courier in our shipping e-mail to you. You may want to check this e-mail and copy-paste the tracking number to the courier's site. Please do not hesitate to message us if you could not access the tracking number.
The process of your order are as follows:
1) Customer places an order; a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to your e-mail stated in the checkout page.
2) For customers who paid through the digital payment portal, your orders will automatically be processed.
3) For customers who have chosen any offline payment, we would need to wait for the proof of payment before we could proceed with the processing of orders. You may send the payment screenshots through e-mail (payment@shoprq.ph) or you may send the screenshot to our Instagram page (@shoprq.ph). Please state your name and order ID so we may easily locate your order.
4) Once it has been shipped outside our inventory origin, we will automatically send a shipping e-mail or SMS to notify you on the update.
As we progress with our business processes, we strive to consistently evolve so that you, our customers, would have a better and easier shopping experience.
Why buy from RQ's Website?
The RQ Online Shop is the official RQ shop on the Internet. It offers the same products as we have advertised in our social media pages, and soon online exclusives especially for members.
How would I know if the product I like is in stock?
Our website inventory is always updated real-time. If you find an error in our website, please feel free to message us on Instagram (@shoprq.ph) for your inquiries.
How to order the right size?
Please check the size guide available on each product page.
Is there a minimum order value when buying in this website?
There is no minimum order value when buying in the RQ website. However, there is a FREE Shipping for orders with a minimum order value of P2,500, exclusive only on website orders.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery within National Capital Region (NCR) only. The only available areas are dependent on what the leading same-day couriers (i.e. GRAB & Lalamove) can reach from the point of pick-up.
Please take note that the same-day delivery guidelines:
1) The product should be available on-stock.
2) Cut-off time of same-day delivery orders is 3PM. Any orders beyond 3PM will be processed the following working day.
3) Customer is responsible for the shipping rates of same-day delivery orders. There is no fixed rate as it depends on the running rate based on pick-up time.

Shipping and Delivery
How much is the shipping fees?
For purchases below P2,500, the shipping fee is between P50-P200 depending on the location of the delivery, and to areas covered by local affiliated couriers in the Philippines.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders P2,500 and above within the Philippines only.
For international orders, you may e-mail us at international@shoprq.ph.
Which countries does RQ ship to?
We strive to be able to ship RQ products worldwide. The list of countries eligible for shipping will be updated below.

How long will it take for my item to be shipped?
The processing of orders could take 0-2 days before we would be able to ship out. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days for orders within National Capital Region (NCR) & Provincial Luzon, while 1-1.5 weeks for Visayas, Mindanao, and MIMAROPA.

When will I receive my tracking number?
The tracking number will be in the shipping email which will be sent out after we officially ship out your order. Do check your spam or junk folder as well, otherwise let us know at askus@shoprq.ph if you have not received it.
My order tracking status says delivered, but I never received it. How?
We know how important your order is as much as we do!
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around or nearby your delivery address.
The package may also have been left with security guards, building administration or its equivalent.
We are always willing to provide assistance when this happens. However, RQ is not responsible for packages whose signature requirement was released. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracker.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
What happens if I am not there when it is delivered?
Once the package arrives at your local shipping station, local affiliated couriers will contact you via text and e-mail to inform you of your shipping schedule. In most cases, this is the next business day.
Failure to reply to the notifications will signal that you allow the package to be delivered at the said time and date.
In these cases, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items once there is a delivery or attempted delivery. Furthermore, the customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our warehouse and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
I entered my email address and/or mobile number incorrectly on my order, how can I get a status on my package?
Please e-mail us at concerns@shoprq.ph and we will provide you with the necessary assitance.
Can I change to different shipping address from the billing address?
Kindly proceed with the transaction and then message us on Instagram (@shoprq.ph) or through e-mail (concerns@shoprq.ph) after receiving your confirmation email. We will happily make edits to the location of your order.
Please ensure to message us before your order is shipped out. Any changes after this time might incur additional charges. Furthermore, if the new address is farther from the billing address, we would need to charge additional fees. As proof, we will forward to you the invoice sent to us.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

The product I ordered does not fit me. Can I still exchange it?
Yes, you may, given that the request for exchange happens within 7 days upon the delivery of your order. In addition, we allow exchanges provided that the product is unworn, unwashed, and it still has the hang tag attached to it.

How long does the exchange process take?
If the customer indicates that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this.

I received my order, but there's something wrong with it. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! We are committed to provide the right quality products for your premium enjoyment. If any of the following conditions are satisfied, you may be eligible for a free exchange if:
- Your item is the wrong size;
- Your item is a different design to what you ordered;
- Your item contains defects.

Do you do cash or credit refunds to my bank/Paypal account?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Credit refunds.
We know that online orders could be a little risky (that's why we're ambitious to have a physical store soon), but due to the costs of processing returns, cash refunds would take a while. In addition, returns and refunds that are not part of the conditions listed below are ineligible for the refund.
- Your item is a different design to what you ordered;
- Your item contains defects.
Lastly, any refund or return request will be subject to shipping fees back to us and this will be covered by the customer, not unless any of the conditions above are met.
For incidences wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.
How do I return the order?
We are saddened that you will be returning your order.

Am I eligible for returns/exchanges?
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
1. We only accept returns for full-priced items (non-sale items)
2. Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their untampered hang tag intact.
3. After your return has been confirmed, we will send you a message on further details of the return. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will be deducted to the total amount.
4. We do not accept returns of sale items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Take note:
All products must be returned:
1. Unworn and unwashed.
2. With hang tags untampered and still attached.
3. Free from make-up and fake tan.
4. Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder that is different from the perfume we have placed.

I have received the wrong order!
We completely apologize for the inconvenience. For any concerns that is under our responsibility, we will shoulder the return, shipping and exchange of the product.
Please provide us with the proof of order, the order ID and contact details so we may trace the order. We would also need a photo of the product, the neck label and sticker label attached to the product to prove the incorrect order.
Please send all of these to returns@shoprq.ph. We will evaluate and coordinate with you accordingly.
What to do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production.
RQ is committed to provide exquisite quality even after the purchase. The team is happy to resolve this with you.
Please send an e-mail to returns@shoprq.ph with a picture of the complaint. The team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

What payment methods are available?
We offer various payment methods and portals for your convenience. The list of available payment methods are:

4) Offline payments or bank transfers such as but not limited to: BPI, GCash, Maya, GoTyme & Security Bank
How can I be sure my payment details are secure?
Our payment portal is safe and secure as we are using secure digital payment portals. Rest assured that details are secure and we would have no access to any of these details.
In addition, bank or digital wallet transfers are secure, similar to how we use to transfer with family and friends.
The security of your data is very important to us. As a RQ Online Shop customer, you can make your purchases with confidence. Generally you can visit our website without leaving personal data. However in the following situations we need your details:

Why was I charged more than I expected?
The website allows you to view our prices in various different currencies. Please check if the currency is in Philippine Peso (PHP) with a Philippine flag icon beside it.
Please note, however, that all our pricing and transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The conversion rate would depend on your credit card company being used on the transaction.
I keep getting errors with my payment. What can I do?

How do I know what my right size is?
The best way to choose your size is to take your measurements and compare them to the detailed size chart, which can be found here or in the 'sizing guide' on the product page.

How accurate is your size guide?
Please take note that the size layout is just a guide. While we wish to achieve 100% accuracy on the size guide, there might be margin of errors but only minimal.
