Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 7 days after the date of delivery*.

*Date of delivery starts at the moment the customer receives the order and has been marked as "delivered" by partner couriers.

NOTE: For items purchased during our Sale, RQ does not offer the possibility for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for an other item.

Return period

We use a return period of 7 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 7 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 7 days.

Return Process

1. If customer wishes to return or exchange the product, kindly e-mail the Returns Team (returns@shoprq.ph)

2. Please indicate the Order Number on the e-mail subject. Example subject headline: Return-10293-AlexanderCruz

3. Attach a photo of the item, and state the reason of return/exchange in the e-mail body just for our reference.

4. Expect a reply within 24-72 hours upon sending the e-mail.

How do I return my order?

For returns, send over the details to returns@shoprq.ph and we can discuss in details on how and where to return the order. Please indicate the Order number and specific concerns.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the hang tag still attached to the item.

Failure to return the product with the above conditions will not be accepted, refunded or replaced.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The customer will be in charge of the shipping costs of the return.  

How long does it take to exchange a product?

If the customer indicates that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this.

This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

Exchange product is no longer available?

The customer may ask us about the possible options. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product.

If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

What to do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production.

RQ is committed to provide exquisite quality even after the purchase. The team is happy to resolve this with you.

Please send an e-mail to returns@shoprq.ph with a picture of the complaint. The team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

How long is the refund process?

RQ does its best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving the customer's return in the warehouse we process it within 10 working days.

We will be sending you an e-mail or text message once the returned product is already with the team. From then on the 10 working days will start. The team will coordinate with you for the refund process so the team could send over the refund payment to select banks or digital wallets.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Credit refunds.

We know that online orders could be a little risky (that's why we're ambitious to have a physical store soon), but due to the costs of processing returns, cash refunds would take a while. In addition, returns and refunds that are not part of the conditions listed below are ineligible for the refund.

- Your item is a different design to what you ordered;
- Your item contains defects.

Lastly, any refund or return request will be subject to shipping fees back to us and this will be covered by the customer, not unless any of the conditions above are met.

For incidences wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.
