SHIPPING POLICY
How much does shipping fee cost?
The customer will be paying for shipping fees, duties and taxes, which will be included in the checkout.
Shipping rates vary per region. We only offer FREE shipping in the Philippines upon meeting the minimum order amount. Shipping rates to other markets will be assessed upon checkout.
When ordering outside of the Philippines, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
Packing and Dispatch
The processing of orders could take 0-2 days before we would be able to ship out. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days for orders within National Capital Region (NCR) & Provincial Luzon, while 1-1.5 weeks for Visayas, Mindanao, and MIMAROPA.
Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only when couriers are available. (Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST). Any orders processed beyond 6:00PM will be shipped out the following day.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays in the Philippines.
Shipping Couriers & Tracking
All orders will be delivered through the leading couriers nationwide such as but not limited to: J&T, Flash Express, Ninja Van, & GOGO Express. LBC, FedEx, and DHL could be the couriers used for International Delivery.
Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, an e-mail will be sent over to the customer with the tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package until it arrives.
If the customer's package does not arrive on time, the customer can send an email to askus@shoprq.ph.
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible in making sure that the address and other shipping details are correct. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Return to Sender
If the customer's parcel is automatically returned to the sender by the postal service, we will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it.
We do not offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.
Customer Pick Up
We offer FREE pick up of the customer's order from our location in Quezon City, Philippines . However, please coordinate with the team first on the time and date of pick up, so we may prepare ahead.
Unfortunately, viewing prior to purchasing at our online store is not allowed. We are in the pipeline to be physically present so the customer may enjoy a full sensorial experience. Hopefully soon.
Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery WITHIN METRO MANILA ONLY, and is subject to the item's availability. The delivery fee will be arranged and shouldered by the customer. Available couriers include GRAB or Lalamove.
Do note that we offer a P200 same day delivery discount for orders P4000 and above.
International Shipping
The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. RQ has no control over these charges, nor can RQ can predict what the costs would be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. The customer should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
