We can ship internationally. The Philippines can be accommodated by international couriers such as DHL & FedEx.

Please note that all shipping rates, duties & taxes are to be shouldered by the customer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates and delivery depend on the location of the recipient and weight of the order. The team can discuss further details through e-mail.

Refunds

We understand that getting the right clothing fit could be risky when ordering online, but unfortunately, due to the costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue refunds for returns as of the moment.

Except for incidents wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, or if the product delivered is proven faulty or defective, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.

Exchanges

We cannot process direct exchanges for international orders, but you may use your store credit to repurchase your desired size or style.

Defective | Faulty Items

All of our products are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality we can provide.

Please contact us at international@shoprq.ph within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order preferably with supporting pictures so we can determine the next course of action.

If item/s are clearly deemed faulty with the supplied pictures and information, you will be contacted with further instructions on how to return your item with no cost to you.

RQ has the right to reject or disapprove any complaints should the defect is proven not under our responsibility, such as in courier delivery, and the way the packaging was opened.
